We at Bosh Beds usually deliver your product within 10 working days of your order, but we try our hardest to deliver as soon as possible – most products we deliver within 48 hours.
As soon as you order your product, our team start packing your order exclusive to you. You will be contacted by our Logistics team who will call you to let you know your delivery day and time slot.
If you are not happy with a product from Bosh Beds, you have a 24-hour cooling off window after delivery of the product. If you are unhappy, we will refund you in full apart from wrong size ordered beds.
Once a bed is ordered in a specific size, they are made to measure and cannot be changed. We do not offer refunds if you have ordered the wrong size. So please check your sizes before order.If your product is damaged or incorrect to what you have ordered, we will either send out a replacement or refund you within 7 days of collecting the product.
Mattresses from Bosh Beds come with a manufacture spring guarantee.
Due to the nature of the product. There are no refunds on pillows or bedding once been opened.

If you would like the product collected, there will be a fee of £100 to cover collection costs. .
